On change of the sole executive body
We hereby inform that in order to improve management efficiency and ensure operational control over the activities of the subsidiaries PJSC “RPC UWC”, as from February 15, 2019, the authorities of the sole executive body of the operating companies are transferred under the management contracts to the parent company of the holding, PJSC “RPC UWC”.
