Resolutions Passed at Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of UWC
PJSC “Research and production corporation “United Wagon Company” (“RPC UWC” or the “Company”) (MOEX: UWGN) announces the resolutions taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders (the “EGM”) held on 13 December 2016.
The meeting resolved that
- The following related party transaction: the Suretyship Agreement dated 21 October 2016 with CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW PJSC executed for the purposes of securing the obligations of “Trade House “United Wagon Company” LLC under the Bank Guarantee Agreement dated 21 October 2016 with CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW PJSC, be approved
