TVSZ 23.5-ton cars approved for operation in several countries
Tikhvin Car-Building Plant (TVSZ) received approval for its 23.5-ton cars freight cars operation in Russia, CIS and Baltic countries. The cars are fitted with Barber bogies.
Most of the railway administrations in these countries also supported expanding the cars with 25-ton Barber bogies to all 1520-mm countries.
