United Wagon Company places in SPO 7.9 million shares
United Wagon Company (UWGN.MM):
- Says placed as part of secondary public offering (SPO) 7.9 million shares, or 6.9 pct of enlarged share capital, for a total amount of more than 5 billion roubles ($76.25 million).
- As result of SPO company free float is up to 39 pct.
- Plans to use funds received in SPO for debt reduction.
- Funds received in SPO will allow to increase company own capital to 80 billion roubles.
- Shares purchased in SPO by over 70 institutional and retail investors, including management.
