Marina Kovalkova, Head of Business Process and Management Development at the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant: "Having an international certificate acknowledges the efficiency and safety of our production, compliance of our products with both national and international standards and, most importantly, is evidence of our reliability and stability as a manufacturer to domestic and foreign customers. We are subject to the surveillance audit every year. We will continue our effort to refine business processes, proving ourselves to be highly competitive in the industry."

Sergey Kudryavtsev, auditor at IRI CONS: "During the audit, we have seen that all efforts in their production are aimed at ensuring high product quality. A lot of work has been done to optimise the scope of the regulatory and structural documentation within the management system, and the advancements in lean manufacturing have increased productivity. Based on the audit results, the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant, TikhvinChemMash and TikhvinSpetsMash will receive certificates of compliance with both the international and national standards ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 22163:2017."
