New Appointments in the United Wagon Company

Dmitry Losev has been appointed Deputy CEO on Technological Development at the United Wagon Company. His competence covers the company's technological policy and technological development.
Before joining United Wagon Company Dmitry was the head of rolling stock operation department of Freight One Company. Dmitry graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Railway Transportation Engineers and the Omsk State Transport University with degree in Railcars He started his working career at the West Siberian Railway in 1993, working his way up from a car inspector to a head of rolling stock department. In 2008 he headed the rolling stock department of the Russian Railways. Since 2009 to 2012 he held leading positions in the international Organization of Cooperation of Railways and the Council for Rail Transport committee of CIS and Baltic states.

Alexander Lukyanenko has been appointed Deputy CEO on Strategic Sales and Supply at the United Wagon Company. His responsibilities include sales of the Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant products, procurement of components, and operating lease-out of freight cars.
Before joining United Wagon Company, Alexander hold a position of Deputy Director for railway transportation at JSC Siberian Energy Coal Company (SUEK) where he worked from January 2004 till May 2012. Alexander holds a BA in Economics and MA in Business Management from the Economics Faculty of the Moscow State University. In 1999 - 2003, Alexander worked at JSC Kuzbasrazrezugol where he was responsible for railway transportation of coal. Before joining JSC Kuzbasrazrezugol, A. Lukyanenko had experience of work at the stock market and currency market.

Both of the above-said positions are new in the company's organizational structure.
