PJSC «RPC UWC» Has Its Shareholding Changed
PJSC “Research and production corporation “United Wagon Company” (“RPC UWC” or the Holding) (MOEX: UWGN) reports changes in its shareholding structure.
As reported by the shareholder, the holding of United
Wagon Plс, a subsidiary of ICT Holding Ltd, in RPC UWC reduced to 25.05% due to
various share transfers, including those under REPO transactions. The current shareholding structure of RPC UWC is as
follows:
- United Wagon Plc – 25.05%
- Other strategic investors – 54.16%
- RPC UWC top managers – 0.96%
- Free-float – 19.83%
Konstantin Yanakov, Director of ICT Holding Ltd, says, “United
Wagon Plc remains a strategic shareholder of RPC UWC. The fact that the
company's shareholders become more diverse shows its growing investment
attractiveness.”
