Shareholding in UWC Changes

PJSC “Research and production corporation “United Wagon Company” (“UWC” or the Company) (MOEX: UWGN) reports changes in its shareholding structure.

The share held by ICT Group Ltd in UWC decreased from 25.05% to 14.3%. As reported by the shareholder, it had divided its stock in UWC between its subsidiaries (United Wagon PLC и Powerboom Investment Limited), with United Wagon PLC then sold to Doland Business Limited. As a result of these transactions, the share held by United Wagon PLC in UWC currently stands at 8.5%, while the share of ICT Group Ltd held in the Company through Powerboom Investment Limited is 14.3%.

Konstantin Yanakov, CEO at ICT Holding LTD, said, “In line with its investment strategy, ICT Holding LTD has been gradually decreasing its shareholding in UWC since 2015, when the Company’s shares were publicly offered on the stock exchange. However, our investment in UWC remains strategically important.”
