The winners of regional and national preliminaries build up a team that will represent Russia at the global WorldSkills Competition which will take place July 2013 in Leipzig, Germany.

WorldSkills contests are strategically important in terms of development of the system of vocational education which is being facilitated in Russia by the Fund of Social Protection “Education to the Society” supported by the RF Ministry for Education and Science.
