A system of independent two cylinder braking is applied for the hopper car of model 19-9550-01, which provides more advantageous braking conditions, possesses higher efficiency and reliability in comparison with a traditional braking system.

Innovative bogie improves dynamic characteristics of the freight car, enhances safety of its operational use, increases between-repairs run and decreases life cycle costs of the product as a whole.

The coupler pulling face is equipped with a modern draft gear of T1 class, which reduces the level of longitudinal forces, acting on the freight car. There is also an improved uncoupling drive on the freight car, preventing the coupler pulling face from falling on the track in case of breakage in an emergency.
