The leader of UWC Holding in the production line of new generation hopper cars for transportation of grain.

In terms of its technical and economic characteristics model 19-9549-01 leaves the car counterparts, existing in the CIS countries market, very far behind. Increased up to 126 m³ (+ 32 m³ when compared to a standard counterpart) body space allows to transport all range of grain and milled grain products with full utilization of 76 t payload capacity (+5 t when compared to a standard counterpart). Increased rate of body volume utilization due to cylindrical walls and the sliding valve mechanism making it easy to protect freight from plunder and giving opportunity to adjust unloading process are distinctive features of this hopper car for transportation of grain model. Increased terms of between-repairs run, which provide for the reduction of the car life cycle costs by almost 3 times, are a considerable competitive advantage of the car of model 19-9549-01. Hopper car for transportation of grain is completely compatible with the existing infrastructure and can be operated at all types of loading-unloading terminals.
