Hopper car for transportation of grain, model 19-9870-01
Description
The leader of UWC Holding in the production line of new generation hopper cars for transportation of grain.
With an improved load capacity of up to 76.5 t and a body space of 101 м³, the hopper car can be loaded to its maximum with medium-density grain. In such case, the car’s useful load will be 6-7% above that of similar standard models. The two innovative lock and seal devices allow the car’s loading and unloading hatches to be safely and rapidly locked up, reducing the costs of security sealing and saving the time during loading and unloading operations.
Increased terms of between-repairs run, which provide for the reduction by almost 3 times of the car life cycle costs, are a considerable competitive advantage of the freight car of model 19-9870-01.
Hopper car for transportation of grain is completely compatible with the existing infrastructure and can be operated at all types of loading-unloading terminals.
