Innovative bogie improves dynamic characteristics of the freight car, enhances safety of its operational use, increases between-repairs run and decreases life cycle costs of the product as a whole.

An independent (bogie-by-bogie) brake operation system facilitates braking and has better efficiency and reliability compared to common brake designs. The car’s brake system uses state-of-the-art braking equipment, non-threaded pipe couplings and brake-shoe bushes made of formaldehyde moulding compounds highly resistant to wear.

A stainless steel tank preserves the quality of transported products, including ready-to-eat food items. The interior surface of the tank can be subjected to a combined (mechanical and chemical) treatment to ensure compliance with international requirements to food transportation.

The bent-axis design of the tank helps minimize the product loss when being discharged.

Viscous products can be transported at a variety of temperatures,as the tank is fitted with aheating technology using a revolutionary outer steam jacket.

A safety relief valve enclosed in a protective cap to keep the pressure inside the tank within the allowed limits.

Side shields welded to both sides of the tank protect the framework, brake equipment and bogies from spillage of product during discharge operations.

The automatic coupler is equipped with a Class T2 draft gear reducing longitudinal forces acting on the railcar, and an improved uncoupling device able to prevent the coupler from falling on the track in case it disconnects in an emergency.
